The app provides gym management tools for owners and staff, including members, packages, payments, attendance, plans, enquiries, and reports.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- Gym owners are responsible for the accuracy of member and business data they enter.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, or to upload harmful content.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Where paid plans apply, fees, billing cycles, and renewals will be communicated separately. Gym payment records created inside the app are managed by the gym owner and do not create a direct payment relationship between members and W3Ctrl unless expressly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of W3Ctrl / the service operator. You retain rights to the business data you submit.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will meet every gym’s requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
